PayPal deposit

The booking form calculates 30% of the selected package total. For example, a package price is multiplied by the group size, then the deposit is 30% of that total.

Send the deposit manually to the PayPal email shown on the form, then share the PayPal reference by WhatsApp or in your booking notes.

• No booking is confirmed automatically by the website.
• Send only the deposit amount shown in the booking form.
• Keep your PayPal receipt or capture reference for confirmation.

How manual PayPal payment works

Open PayPal, send the deposit to the email address shown on the booking form, and include your name, travel date, and package in the PayPal note.

After the payment is sent, submit the booking form or send the reference by WhatsApp so the guide team can match the payment to your trip.

Final balance payment

The remaining balance can be paid in cash after you meet the guide team in Bukit Lawang.

If you prefer to pay the full balance before arrival, this can be arranged 2 days before departure, but only after the final payment instruction is confirmed by email.

• Cash payment is handled on site when you meet the team.
• Pre-arrival balance payment should be made only after email confirmation.
• Ask for the current accepted payment method before sending any final payment.

Please use only the PayPal email shown on the booking form or payment details sent through the confirmed booking email. If anything looks different or unclear, ask for confirmation before sending money.

Booking details can include dates, package, group size, pickup support, accommodation help, food notes, PayPal transaction reference, and any agreed balance payment timing.
