Deposit after availability check

A 30% deposit is requested after your trekking dates, group size, package, and guide availability have been checked.

Deposit instructions are sent by email, so you can review the amount, booking details, payment method, and next steps before sending any money.

  • No booking is confirmed automatically by the website.
  • Do not send a deposit before receiving payment instructions by email.
  • Keep your payment receipt or transfer proof for confirmation.

Why there is no payment gateway

This site does not use Stripe, automatic card checkout, or similar international payment gateways because access to those services can be limited for a small local trekking business in Indonesia.

Instead, every booking is handled manually by email or WhatsApp so the guide team can confirm availability, package details, transport needs, and the correct payment instruction before payment.

Final balance payment

The remaining balance can be paid in cash after you meet the guide team in Bukit Lawang.

If you prefer to pay the full balance before arrival, this can be arranged 2 days before departure, but only after the final payment instruction is confirmed by email.

  • Cash payment is handled on site when you meet the team.
  • Pre-arrival balance payment should be made only after email confirmation.
  • Ask for the current accepted payment method before sending any final payment.
